How many ‘lock-ups’ do we know that actually have air-conditioning in them? And what the hell was he expecting food-wise, home-brewed herbal chicken soup with a mug of hot chocolate? Singaporeans who gripe constantly about the hot weather will still complain about air-cons being too cold, even if they have the luxury of a blanket in a prison cell.
