There are already enough signs in various locations warning people not to litter and to dispose of their dogs’ mess with penalties for not doing so. More signs will not only be an eyesore but also advertise the fact that we are a dirty people.
No more signs are needed. The time is overdue for strict enforcement. Those who continue to flout the laws should be apprehended and fined.
Ed:Oh but when a parent allows his/her kid to pee in the drain or by a shrub it’s alright then because it’s cute?
